Visit websiteI have been training at this dojo for about 10 months now and I cannot praise it highly enough. I had previously practiced Tae Kwon Do since I was a teenager but was brand new to Karate. I feel it is a great environment for all levels of experience and am so glad I chose to continue my martial arts

Sensei Sweeney gives a great, no-nonsense workout in both traditional Okinawan karate and self defense. Friendly, supportive environment where students receive both individualized and group instruction. Beautiful dojo space. Beginners especially appreciated for showing up.
Sensei Sweeney is a great teacher, mentor and leader: knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, kind and supportive. The space is bright and clean. I always look forward to going and practicing there!
