Bad time at summer intensive. I requested my friend for a roommate and my friend requested me. But they got it messed up so I had to live 3 floors away from my friend. One teacher did not explain the combination properly, so I accidentally did something wrong and then he said "what's wrong with you"

trying for 2 years to get reimbursement for my daughter's vacation program. I never received a response to emails sent. Company does not respond to customer
