This is a fabulous studio dedicated to physical and mental health, and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the tai chi classes. The instructor is incredibly patient and helpful and inspiring, and the variety of people that come to class is amazing and has formed an extra community I love to be with.
I had an amazing time taking the adult breath work and sound bath class with Annie on Saturday morning. I would highly recommend this as a weekend wake-up vibe! The space is a clean and peaceful nook to focus on spiritual work in the city!
Sensei Bill and his team are wonderful. My son has been studying karate for 2+ years and recently began fencing at the studio. He has learned innumerable skills ranging from focus to coordination, discipline, and balance which he has applied to school and beyond. Their policies are incredibly flexib
