Visit websiteI love Art Retreat! I always surprise myself with how much I enjoy the things I make there. Lala is the owner, and she makes me feel more than welcome. My 9 year old has come as well and he worked in a focused and joyful way for an hour and a half. Everyone who comes to class is accepting and kind.
If you are looking for a fun place with zero judgement, fun, good conversation, creative support, and a wonderfully knowledgeable instructor, this is the place! Melisse is remarkable in her ability to connect on whatever experience level one has, and it’s much appreciated. As someone with a BFA in

I love the art retreat. Ive been taking watercolor and love learning to enjoy thr process and techniques…and the outcomes are great too. Melisse is an incredible teacher and person and the studio is warm and cozy.
Owner and talented artist and instructor Melisse has created such a magical, welcoming, inspirational space. I appreciate the thoughtfully executed, creative programs she offers, as well as the multitude of supplies so any artist at any level can work in any medium of their choice.
