Great place to train authentic Kyokushin Karate. The training is great, it's rough and vigorous, but it pays off. Nice people to help out and they try to match themselves well to let you fit in. Definitely give yourself a shot to try it out and you won't regret it!

Been training here for a while now. It's a rustic dojo but the training here is good. It trains in Kyokushin style karate. Class is broken down to beginning meditation, warm ups, kicks, punches, kata, techniques/combinations, and then sparring. It's available 3 times a week but quite effective. I wo
