For us, Bright Horizons LIC is the place where our child spends every week day from morning to 6pm. We see him reaching new milestones day by day. At drop-off he is waving goodby to us, at pickup I find him busy and enjoying his activity. We really appreciate the teachers and the stuff and love that
Our experience at Bright Horizons has been exceptional. The dedication and support from the staff, especially from Cherese, the school director, have made a significant positive impact on my son, Saint. The school’s environment is nurturing and inclusive, fostering both academic and personal growth.
Failed to respond to multiple follow-ups and then sent me a marketing email. Sent another follow up, still no response. While I can’t review the quality of the care, it’s not great that this is how they treat folks
