Amazing family owned by two brothers who love sharing their knowledge of Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA. They make everyone feel like part of the family. I work with quite a few members for Sports massage recovery.
I really enjoy training here. The community is welcoming, the coaching is thoughtful, and as a woman I’ve always felt respected, safe and taken seriously in my training by the more advanced fighters and coaches.
Started back in late January and have thoroughly enjoyed my time training here. It feels like a family (that beat each other 😂), everyone is willing to help everyone wants you to get better. And vibes, can't wait to keep progressing in my grappling journey.
Chop and Chops is one of the friendliest and chilliest vibe of any gym I've been in! Everyone is very down to earth and ultra friendly. Highly recommend checking them out!
