Senior management will give you NO SUPPORT, fail the kids, when you complain in advocating for your foster child/ren, they will close your home with a bad recommendation from future fostering! I have spoken to staff who does care and agree that this agency does

This foster agency is extremely bad. Social workers and case planners do not care about my concerns when it comes to my daughter’s health. They seem nice but they just genuinely don’t care about nobody kids they only care about getting paid. They won’t allow me to make sure that my daughter is safe

I still dont understand why this foster care coalition for hispanic family services is still open to the public or keeps fostering children this agency should be shut down permanently these social workers or caseplanners or whatever you want to call them should be fired because there are very incomp

My Children weren't receiving proper care at all They did not have no clothes and the agency staffs were stealing the checks and telling the Foster parents that they received the check the workers left on "vacation" and never came back they shredded evidence and was sending the money to offshore acc

The whole thing felt exhausting. Basic communication should not be this hard.

Updates were slow and unclear. I would not recommend this place.

I expected more support, but it felt cold and disorganized. Not a good experience.

I felt like we were not really heard. The process was confusing and frustrating.

It was hard to get clear answers and everything felt stressful. Communication needs to be better.
