I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. The woman who was working there was very rude and unhelpful. I was clearly told before that I would receive a credit if I canceled 24 hours in advance. However, this time she insisted it had to be 48 hours and ended the call abruptly. I hop
Susie, the employee who worked the evening shift on 9/28, provided the absolute worst customer service. She gave us the wrong court rental price and, even after being corrected, remained rude, dismissive, and condescending. Her response and comments were enough to make us decide not to book at all.
I you like to visit parks Alley Pond Park should be on your list. Nice Sports Center and nice BBQ area's for you to enjoy. Also has walking trails.
I go for pickle ball classes only. The instructor is very good and patient.
