A very welcoming and inspiring place - like stepping back in time to a renaissance workshop - I was so impressed with my introductory course and the amount I was able to learn in such a short amount of time that I immediately signed up for more in depth training - I grew up going to places like ABCn
Highly recommend taking an introductory class with James. His studio is a sight to behold, and he (and fellow artist Diane!) were great at teaching in a digestible way for a complete beginner like myself. I got individualized attention over the course of the session and felt I improved meaningfully
James was an amazing instructor — very friendly and gave us clear, helpful tips. We were worried about being absolute beginners but he offers good advice for people of all levels. The space is peaceful and meditative as well.
