This company has no phone number or chat feature, and everything is done through email. Nothing in terms of customer service. I have emailed several times to resolve the issue that I have paid almost 300 bucks but cannot access what I have paid for. Honestly i want the access and service I paid for.
I love how DinoLingo has so many languages to choose from. My child is learning Chinese and he is progressing well. This program makes language learning simple and fun. I am very pleased with our experience.
