Best art teacher on Earth! Debbe has been teaching art for 27+ years on the Upper West Side. She has gotten students into the most prestigious art schools in NYC. She does art tours and adult classes. I’ve even done a jewelry making class with her. Such a brilliant pleasant woman, I can’t recommend
