The boiler department scream at me today is told that I don't have heat and he said that I always complain and scream at me. This is no respect for old woman.

I visited my Mom and I was shocked in such a short time the hallways look worse than public project hallways. Floors look gross and roaches roaming around the hallway when I got off the elevator.
