Welcoming martial arts school! There is no big ego and everyone is very respectful. I love all the instructors especially Ms.Sherise. You will definitely have whole body workout and feel it for couple days. Great kickboxing combos! It is definitely worth the money.

What a gem! Our daughter started when she was 4 years old and was shy for that first class, but Ms. Sherise quickly got her out of her shell and skipping to class each week! The classes are fun and well-organized, and the kids have a blast while learning important skills for on and off the mat. Meg
