Started in September with Groupon, enjoyed the classes so much I am now a member. If you are looking for great trainers and that extra push this is the place to be!!
My son goes here for karate. Great instruction . Sensi Cedric is great with the kids. I highly recommend this place
Good karate school for the lil ones n the teens too. My son goes there and he loves it.
Best workouts, knowledgeable instructors. I was in the best shape I've ever been in coming here!
