My daughter had a fantastic time. It was a great experience at introducing her into the "gym routine" environment. Update - was able to take my son a a few days after. He really got into it. Signed him up right away.
Great 30 minute workout - perfect thing to do while the kids are in a swim, music, or martial arts class! Ezra is also a great coach and spends a lot of time on teaching the right form/technique which I appreciated!
We loved the class we took with Coach Chris. He was very kind with our kids. At the same time he pushed them and motivated them to try their best. I recommend the class without any doubts.
Excellent classes!! So busy & getting an intense full body 30 minutes is terrific. Really appreciate how the music is upbeat but not blaring & how the instructors give form feedback.
