As a beginner, I really appreciate how the instructors break down each move clearly and at a pace that actually feels approachable and encouraging, not rushed or overwhelming. I really love this school. The instructional design is excellent with a long and gradual learning curve which helps to build variation and confidence. The staff and a students are all really friendly and the experience is super fun!
