Amazing teachers, a great variety of classes, and a welcoming vibe that makes beginners and experienced yogis alike feel like they belong. I especially enjoy the faster faced intermediate level classes
I love this studio! The studio staff is amazing and kind. The instructors are phenomenal! Each instructor has a different style and something that makes them magical. The studio is spacious and full of light and all of their props and mats are sparkling clean. Community is friendly, diverse in skill
Liz and Claire are both amazing prenatal instructors. I bet Jenny is too, I just haven’t taken her class yet! They are super knowledgeable, make practice accessible and create a wonderfully welcome environment.
I've been going on and off to the yoga studio for about a year now and wanted to recommend it. It's a very welcoming and friendly place. Morning classes with Lia are challenging but not too much; the flexibility classes with Adriana are also terrific. They're also super sweet on a personal level. I'
