Marines’ sound healing always brings me home to me. Marines creates a truly safe space. I loved the way everything was structured. Yes to more of this!!
Eric was great! I am very much a novice when it comes to Yoga. Also not flexible at all. I had concerns that because of this maybe Yoga wasn't for me...Eric makes it very accessible and restorative. Thank you!

This class was such a blessing for us to have our daughter attend. Not only was it affordable, with their option to pay monthly, but it allowed our daughter to explore different genres of dance and music- prompting her to learn how to express herself to sound.
