Treated very rudely by manager when trying to understand why I couldn't use the fitness room and while a member of the staff was working out. I assume that he's being paid with the taxes that I pay. She was rude and not fit to deal with people.
I visited recently. I didn't realize how much they have to offer. There's even a pool. The Neighborhood House is like the Neighborhood House I grew up with - a nice friendly place that welcomes you (and doesn't charge). Yes.
