Great spot for those looking to learn Boxing or Muay Thai. The classes are suitable for many styles ranging from beginners to those who might have trained at another gym previously and looking to round out their styles. Kru Nestor is a true practitioner and great instructor.
I appreciate how serious the training is and how equally welcoming the coach and students are to beginners. This is such a cool gym with a lot of history. I took my first Muay Thai class recently and I’m really looking forward to the challenge and learning more!
The coach and other instructors were very welcoming and motivating. My first trial boxing class was really intense but nonetheless a great experience.
