Life is funny sometimes. God, or the Universe (depending on your point of view) gives you a gift when you least expect it. Last week I was on a work trip in NYC and staying at the 50 Bowery Hotel in Chinatown. Great place, with many eclectic amenities. One of them was a Wing Chun class.
