World famous Yeshiva around for over 100 years. Some of the greatest Rabbis in Jewish history have taught here. Many of them published great works on Talmud and other Jewish concepts. It's also famous for graduating students that have beautiful manners and ethics.

So much noise is created by school buses for two schools on this block. Bus drivers hang out smoking cigarettes all along the sidewalks & reversing their buses for 2-4hours at a time. Avoid living on this block!!!!

I feel a sense of loyalty to it for obvious reasons but I wouldn't recommend women davening there since the acoustics are kind of terrible. Other than that it is great.
