It was my very first experience and it was an amazing one! I will surely return for more classes! The Sensei’s are amazing instructors where everything was very clear and they made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this dojo for anyone looking to get into martial arts!
Zen Goju Temple is dojo with a respected lineage where traditional martial arts are still being taught. I was invited to attend and all classes are lead and taught by experienced black belts. This was an honor for me to meet and learn from multiple Sensei from all walks of life as well as our Shihan
Fridays 7-9pm greatest class in the world Amazing for weight loss, releasing pent up aggression and stress and learning how to defend yourself in the real world. A great challenge.
