How do you decide whether to switch schools after one rough year, when it wasn't awful but also wasn't great?
Our 4th grade year was just... off. Weak communication, some friendship issues, and my daughter says school is boring. Another school might be possible, but switching is a big deal. How do parents decide if it's the school fit or just one rough year?
We listed what would follow our kid anywhere and what was really the school. That helped. If the same friendship pattern comes too, switching is not magic.
