What helps a middle schooler who knows the stuff but panics and rushes on big tests?

My 7th grader does fine on homework and class quizzes, but big tests make her stomach hurt. Then she rushes, skips directions, and comes home saying she knew it but panicked. We're not trying to make test scores her whole life, I just want her less miserable. Any parent tricks?
