Where can a 15-year-old try digital art in the Bronx before we commit to a whole course or buy software they might not use?
My 15-year-old wants to try digital illustration, but isn't sure whether they like the drawing part or just watching other people do it online. We'd like a one-off session before buying anything. Has anyone found an option for actual beginners around the Bronx?

I'd ask your teen to try making one small thing rather than decide immediately whether digital art is their new hobby. For mine, being allowed to experiment without committing to a term would take a lot of pressure off.
Before buying software afterward, ask what they used in the session and whether it runs on the device you already have. I'd hate to discover that the exciting class also requires a new tablet.
